At the Scotch Whisky Experience, Edinburgh, Scotland, where I visited recently and discovered the many similarities between whisky and wine…from the regional aspect to detecting the aromas and flavors. This wheel is the same concept as the Aroma Wheel developed for wine by Ann C Noble of UC Davis.
